Hello is it possible to remove the view counter and other information at the top? As you can see on the screenshot, it looks cluttered on the mobile view. I tried to delete it in the job options at the bottom but it just reappears.
Also do you know how to remove the 'by Lulu Davies'

Yes, you can remove any meta items by filter hook, please read this documentation

"by Lulu Davies" come from your theme single.php file you can create new template file by copy 'single.php' to 'single-job-,php' and remove unnecessary elements.
