I would like a refund for the premium version of the Post Grid Plugin that I paid for in which I waited 5 business days for support and none ever came.
This plugin only worked because the previous free version was installed. Once the premium version was installed all of the settings and options were removed: https://imgur.com/a/3jOcEYJ .
I have sent "suppport" my website credentials along through two support tickets, then through email and there has been no change, no receipt of response, and I would like a refund for a plugin.
