Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request a full refund for my recent purchase of the PostGrid WordPress plugin.

My order/transaction ID is Order #142786, and the purchase was made on 30/05/25.

Unfortunately, I no longer require this plugin as I've decided to abandon the project it was intended for. Therefore, the plugin is no longer of use to me.

I would appreciate it if you could process this refund at your earliest convenience. Please let me know if any further information is needed from my end to facilitate this.

Welcome to PickPlugins, Hi, you haven't paid for this order, we created new order as the part of our Post Grid Plugin access, because you purchase ComboBlocks plugin last year, recently we moved blocks to our our new plugin, and keep post grid feature only with post grid plugin. Please check your bank statement, you should not charged. we also checked our payment gateway and confirmed there is no records for this order.
