I'm using related post and I noticed it ignore posts with the same name and that's not logic. If I have 3 post with "Apple" in the title, they should be related right?

I understand your issue, but sorry to say, related post isn't based on post title but category or tags or custom taxonomies based. although there is filter hook available for query posts to display as related posts you can use
