Read more button not linking

Hi,

i have an issue where the read more button is not linking to the post.

the title and featured image are working but not the read more button.

and also when 2 post grids on the one page  - the top one is working but the bottom one is not. (as in the read more is not working)

everything was all working before and now today its not linking
