Hi,
Is there a way to horizontally align the "Read More" text please?

Some words are longer than others, so it pushes the 'Read More' lower.
Also, is it possible to change that Read More text please? There isn't an option to in the layout editor.

have you checked the layout editor? you can customize the CSS for each element. you should use the element "Excerpt with Read more" instead of separate excerpt and read more
