I was able to figure out how to point the thumbnail url to the external affiliate link. I can't figure out how to make it open a new tab when someone clicks on it (target=_blank)

Is there a way to do this?

Thank you so much for your response and making this change! I downloaded the updated version and see the new drop down box, however no matter which option I select it doesn't add the target=_blank attribute to the thumbnail links.
