I am using the WCPS (WooCommerce Product Carousel Slider) plugin on my website (printfobia.com), but I am facing a major user experience issue on mobile devices.
The Problem:
When users try to scroll down the homepage on a mobile device, the page gets "stuck" or "trapped" on the product slider area. Instead of the page scrolling vertically, the slider tries to capture the touch event. This makes customers think the website has ended or is frozen, causing high bounce rates.
I have already tried the following without success:
Slider Settings: I have set both "Slider touch drag" and "Slider mouse drag" to False in the Slider Options.
Custom CSS: I applied touch-action: pan-y !important; to .wcps-container and .wcps-items-ship, but the JavaScript still seems to intercept the vertical scroll.
Testing: I have cleared the cache and tested in Incognito mode, but the issue persists.
Request:
Could you please provide a fix or a specific script to ensure that the slider does not interfere with the natural vertical scrolling of the page on touch devices? I want the slider to be visible but only scrollable if the user specifically swipes horizontally, without locking the vertical page movement.
