Ticket for: Combo Blocks

Hi - it is telling me that pro blocks are not available without a license, but, I have a license and have added it to the site. Am I missing something?

Hi Robert,
If you have a license, you will have access to all the pro features including shortcode and Gutenberg blocks. I think the developer may have mistakenly forgotten to unlock some features. Could you please specify which block setting you're unable to use? You can take a screenshot, host your image on Imgur or ImgBB, and share the link with us.

It was the setting where i can choose a custom field for a link. i don’t see the same layout now that I updated Combo Blocks. But it was doing this: https://imgur.com/a/Gy5kM8b

I’m not seeing the issue on my end. Could you please check the version number of your Combo Blocks Pro plugin? You might be using an older version. The latest version is 3.3.19.
If you’re using the latest Pro version and still facing the same issue, please provide the block name. If you’re using a layout, please specify the ID number so we can accurately identify the issue.
