I have a customer using this plugin and need to put some code into the form and the button inside it. It's for some shopping cart functionality. Is there anyway to access the raw form code in the plugin?

haven't you tried it? we have 2 different pricing table, both should support HTML inside cell content. can you please tell me which plugin are you using?
