Posting to Certain Pages (categories)

So I am ready to pull out my hair trying to figure this out. I installed Post Grid to see if it would help. I am trying to Post an article I wrote to a certain page which I have as a category. I posted one item to my food page and then another item to another page and both are showing up on each. How do I pin point each post to be set to a certain page.

For example I made a food post to be put in my Food Destination page at the top menu and it is posted in there. However I made another post on Trader Joe's items wanting to be solely put in my Trader Joe's page and that post is also showing up in my food destination page. Help! Don't know what else to do? I entered to short code and even put the id of the post I want to exclude.
