I am trying to update my plug in; I just purchased the Post Grid Starter for 19.99 so I can filter post according to category. It is not working; I am not able to upload the plug in. I also tried to update the License Key, thinking it was out of date, but I am not able to enter that either.
I have been using your post grid for over a year, without any issues...

Please download from here first https://pickplugins.com/my-account/downloads/
and then delete the existing (older version) plugin and then reinstall the plugin (new version).
Please see the screenshot where to put license key.

I have got a same problem. it's not filtering the categories. listing all categories.
