Is it possible to create a grid that shows articles with the same tags used in the post automatically. I don't want to set up the grid by hand for eyery post.
If it is not possible, can I show random post's?

Yes, this is possible. there is a filter hook for query arguments, you can filter query arguments. please see the documentation
