Welcome to PickPlugins.
I think you didn't add the License key. Please follow my Screenshot and add your license key. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/KJrrbMc.png
Also, please make sure you have installed the latest free and pro versions of our Post-Grid-Combo. Currently, the latest free version is 2.2.34, and the pro version is 3.3.6.
