When I have multiple pages with Post Grid I automatically get page numbers as one would expect. The way it is dispayed differs from all other examples I have seen Please have a look at: https://www.rucrea.nl/. The "looks"is changed by installing the pro version.
I would prefer the example way of "looks" for example: https://pickplugins.com/documentation/post-grid/
How can I change it?

I have inspected your post grid, can see CSS and js file loaded under cache file

Can you please deactivate cache plugin and see whats happening.

Did you edit the plugin code? or something changed might effect loading plugin css & js files.
Please try deactivate others plugin one by one to check the issue. also check with another default themes.
