I like to have 4-5 rows on the post grid but its not working. Help!
Does it also have a "load more" button for pagination?

Welcome to our forum.
Post grid item is width based not row-column based, you can set % value for grid item width to set how many items you want to display in a row, like 30% will give you 3 item in each row.
Hope you understand the issue, please see the screenshot where you can set the width value
