Pods links in PostGrid fields

Dear PostGrid,

I'm using PostGrid to display pods fields, I'm trying to set the (Pod) title as a link to it's content but apparently there isn't an option, also the custom HTML field is filtering any php, which solution are you advising? can you use a shortcode?
