The password field and the OTP Area is not coming up. Kindly help me resolve this! For now, I've kept it deactivated. If you login to check this, you can activate and work on that.

Hi,
Are you using a customized version of the WooCoomece login form? I can see an 'action' attribute is present on your form, but it shouldn't be there.
