Ticket for: Post Grid

I have a flat layout set up with 3 posts showing in a grid on the 1st page and pagination allowed.
When we click on page 2, we get a 404 error.
The site is www.sfcbsa.org and the grid is on the home page.
I cannot find any settings that should cause this error, but cannot find anything to change that fixes it either.

this is probably a conflict issue with 3rd party plugins and themes, could you please deactivate other plugins one by one to check the issue, also try with other default themes and let me know the result.
