Open/Close icons not showing since plugin update

The open/close icons are all set but since the last 2 updates to the plugin they don\'t show any longer.
Examples are on benefits-corner page of gsiemployees.com.  Click on FSA & HSA accordion and you will see that the icons and sub icons (+/-) are missing
