It is only showing 10 members and not the full 11 as required. I have searched and gone through everything I can think of and I cannot find any issues or reasons. Please could you assist. Im really really lost. thx

There is an option to set team members per page, please see the screenshot

if you see this is not working please try clearing cache or deactivate cache plugin if you installed.
