New User submitted Template where ?

Hi,
After user registration, an email with the subject “New User Submitted – www.cruisetime.at” is sent automatically.
I want to send this email in German and customize its content and subject.
However, I can’t find where to edit or translate this verification email.
Could you please help me locate the settings or guide me on how to customize it?
