I am experiencing a serious issue with the Meta Query section inside “Post Grid and Gutenberg Blocks – ComboBlocks – Pro”.

When editing a Post Grid and opening the “Advanced Query → Meta Query” area, the interface is broken. Instead of rendering the normal input fields properly, raw JavaScript template code is displayed in the admin panel (e.g. "n' + Key", "n' + Value", jQuery functions, etc.).

Because of this, the Meta Query UI is unusable and grids return no posts.

Important details:

  • The issue also occurs when creating a completely new grid (not only duplicated ones).

  • I have already disabled Cache.

  • I tested with the default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) — same issue.

  • The problem appears directly inside the WordPress admin backend.

  • The JavaScript template code seems to be printed instead of executed.

  • WordPress and the plugin are updated to the latest versions.

Could you please advise what might cause the Meta Query UI to output raw JS code in the backend?

We use Post grid 2.3.23 and Post Grid and Gutenberg Blocks - ComboBlocks - Pro 3.3.21

Looking forward to your assistance.

Best regards

I had exactly the same problem. For me, it worked to simply downgrade back to Post Grid version 2.3.19. In that version, I was able to remove the meta query, and then everything worked normally again. I highly recommend WP Rollback for downgrading.
