Login through Paid Memberships Pro not working after latest update

Hello, I love your plugin. However, it seems like after the latest update 2 days ago, my users can no longer login!

When they try to login using the correct credentials, they get a page "[mywebsite.com]/login/?action=uv_authentication_failed&username=[theirusername].

This is resolved once I turn off the user verification plugin.

For reference, my website is www.lingosing.com.
