but I cannot get it working to link from one to the other
I mean from the one to the other tab

I don't understand by what you mean "from the one to the other tab",
i guess you want to keep active accordion by URL parametere, here is the example, if you want to keep active 2nd accordion just add "?id=1" at the end of url, id start from 0 (zero)
