Kinsta is flagging your Post Grid Plugin as having a security vulnerability

Hello, I am managing a site that is hosted on Kinsta and they are flagging your post grid plugin as having a security vulnerability? They get their data from something called WP Scan Database 

A number of your other plugins (related posts, pricing table and user verification)  also appear on the Wordfence  plugin vulnerability list- I'm wondering if you are aware of this?

I was wondering if you could comment on this?
