Is the plugin “Wishlist” for developers only

Hi, I installed you plugin "Wishlist" but I am finding it very hard to understand. I thought it would more or less work straight up but I can see you need to add to PHP files etc which I no nothing about. I am creating my website with Elementor Pro and no nothing about coding. Is it a waste of my time to try get this working because I don't know anything about coding. I can't seem to find any kind of tutorial that I could follow. The "Live demo" link does not work.

Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.
