I am developing a new website but I'm not sure what the domain will end up being. I'm building it on a hosting space being pointed to by a domain name but that will not be the one it's released on. Can I set it up on this one, then later change the DNS info and switch domains?

We have removed license activation, currently, you don't need the license for activate plugin, you can use anywhere.
