I've just finished the translation of this plugin into German (see https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/job-board-manager/dev/de/default/).
However, the first page of the setup assistant and the helptext in the sidebar are still in English. The same is true for some strings in the statistics and in the add-ons section.
