I have sent in this request a few times and receive NO response. PLEASE RESPOND!

Hello Nur or anyone who may receive this,
Would you PLEASE respond to me?   The Pick Plugin forum generates no answers and I get no response from starting a ticket. Also I purchased your pro plan. How to I activate it?  It seems I've been using a free version. I don't see where I would activate the pro version and assume I'd have to put my license code in somewhere.
I need to get the accordions working so that when you open a new accordion (with a video playing) after another accordion and its associated video was open, that it closes and turns off its associated video when the new accordion opens.
PLEASE RESPOND. I need to solve this and need your help!!
