Hi,

I would like to check whether a page is user profile single page or not from the website header.php file.

I have tried it like "if (is_page_template('user-profile.php')){}". But it is not working for me. Could you please let me know the correct one.

I guess, "Artist Profile" text come from your theme as the page title. you can use the_title
https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Filter_Reference/the_title

you can grab user id from GET variable and then get the user data as follows.

$user_id = $_GET["id"];
$userData = get_user_by("ID", $user_id);

Hope this helps.
Regards
