how to allow job applicant attach resume

I have added Job Manager free version.. and made the settings to apply through email... the users are able to see name, email, and text.. but no palce to aattch the resume.. can it be done? can the applicant attach resume and apply by email?

Also when I attempted to test to apply for the job, using another user ID.. there was over 3700 application that way submitted.. please help me... remove the application and help me fix this..
