Hi, I'm not sure how to get it so that only the first image in the post gets featured. It's currently showing the Featured Image and the first image in the post, one above the other:

Please go-to media source settings and unchecked the featured image, please see the screenshot

Thanks for getting back to me, but I already had the Featured Image checkbox unticked:

As you can see here, the first content image is displaying as it should, but the Featured Image is below it:
