Hello I just purchased the post grid pro plugin and I'm working on a best list page. On the single Pages of the best list I want to implement the Post Grid Slider. The Problem is, that the current page (the page where the slider is) isn't displayed in the slider. How do I fix it?

Welcome to our forum.
Current page(or post) will automatically be excluded from post grid query to avoid an infinite loop which will cause 500 errors on your site.
