Hide title when no related post found

Working with slide called by shortcode within divi template, I would like to remove the title "Related post" if non found.

I tried by adding html within the main shortcode, but this one is always displayed. Having my own text doesn't work either. May be a conditional html based on the query count somewhere ? The page is https://preprod.1drole2kato.ch/ecologie-incarnee/ and the text that should diappear is "Ceci pourrait aussi vous intéresser"
