Hello. I'm having a hard time following the instructions on this page: https://pickplugins.com/documentation/accordions/faq/open-activate-via-url-parameter/

I wish to have a link to open accordion 11493. I don't know what the active index number represents in your example.

I created this URL for testing but have had no success.

Welcome to our forum. I just checked your page, i can see there is js error coming from your child themes, please see the screenshot and could you please fix this first and then see what happening with accordions https://imgur.com/bafqoCP Regards
