Filters not working on public page

Hi!
My name is Angel, from Userlytics company. We have recently purchased the Post Grid Combo Pro version plugin. We are having an issue with the filters option: when viewing the page in Admin mode everything works perfectly, but testing it on the public side everything breaks, even the pagination. I tried the solution proposed on this page  but it won\'t work.
What can we do?
