Hi team,
I'm having trouble customizing the email template in the User Verification plugin. When I click “Yes” to allow template customization, nothing happens — the section doesn't expand.
In the browser console I get this error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘user_registered’)
Also:
Minified React error #130 – pointing to EmailTemplates.js:207
✅ Additional context:
- I'm using WordPress 6.8.2 (latest).
- Plugin works fine on another website (same theme, same plugin set).
- Tried disabling cache, switching languages, using incognito mode — same issue.
- Theme: Divi (but issue also appears with default theme).
- Problem persists regardless of user roles or if users are registered.
Please advise how I can fix this or if there's a workaround to customize the email template directly.
