Elementor with Post Grid Creating ‘The_Content’ error.

I have found through a process of elimination the Post Grid plugin is causing the issue documented here with Elementor.

The content area was not found on your page

With the plugin enabled I am unable to edit Elementor pages on my site.

If I disable the plugin I can load Elementor and edit as expected.

I am also finding the post grid is adding a random post to the bottom of my home page. I do not recall the plugin doing this in the past. Again if I disable the plugin this behavior stops.
