I have set up a brand new accordion, have added 4 accordion content so far to this one, but now, when I go to add the 5th or additional ones, it gives me a different "box" to work in, it doesn't give me the option for visual or text and it's showing the font, and content in the window in a different format.
Why is this and is there a limit to the amount of content I can therefore add in terms of number of parts to an accordion before I lose certain functions?

Welcome to our forum.
Please update/save accordion and reload the page you will see the option is there. this is not the limitation, you might using older version of the plugin. please tell me the version number you are using.

We are using version Version 2.0.17 as only installed it yesterday. but will try the above. Thank you for your help!
