This is an urgent issue causing grave problems on my site making it unusable.

Please check the screenshot above. U can see that pickplugins is trying to confirm the license on my site. and it is timing out. Error shown is cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

You are requested to urgently tell us why this error is happeing and how to resolve this. Please note our install is currently dependent on ur plugin as there are lot of accordions. But the admin is taking 10-20 seconds to load and this is really hampering our work.
So kindly treat this urgent and tell us what to do to rectify this as this is ur plugin issue?
