Create popup layout on Teams plugin

I am using the shortcode to add to my team to the page (http://campropconstruction:8888/our-team/).

The crew member shows on the page, however, it goes to 'Page not found' when I click the member. The link it tries to go to is http://campropconstruction:8888/team/amien-bohwaish/ which looks correct as I set team as I set team as the member slug. On the team settings > layout I have selected flat for the Item box layouts and flat for the Popup box layouts. How do I make it a popup instead of linking through to a page? I have purchased a premium licence. This is currently a local site so I cannot give you access.
