Has anyone had a problem with 2Checkout, the website which takes payment for PickPlugins?

I bought the premium version of Accordions, but 2Checkout charged me twice. When I complained and asked for a refund, 2Checkout replied that "it may take some time to review the situation" and then marked my case as "solved".
