Hi
I have installed the premium version of the Team plugin but am only getting three background options - black and two grey swirly patterns.
However, more frustrating I want to have three members across the page, and it is only showing two. Please can you explain how I achieve this. I am not technical so please treat me gently!

you can display team member in a row by two different ways,
By px value and % value,
#1, if you want to display exact 3 item in a row try less than 33% no matter what screen size is , you also have option Tablet , Mobile

you may need adjust value to get 3 item in a row. its also depend on margin you set for items

And another one is px value if you fixed the width value like 300px no matter what screen size is , you can also set different value for Tablet , Mobile device.

And the fact it won’t save the reordering of team members?
The right margin is not plugin issue its your theme issue, please find the them for full width in page settings , or please ask your theme author http://imgur.com/a/Hi3Fx
