Hi! I just wanted to know where I can change the text (not the link, just the actual words) of the Read More link. Right now the link has a period after Read More, I want to remove the period and maybe change text to "Continue Reading" or something else. Thanks!

You will need to go layout editor and click on expand icon for "Read more" item.

Is it also possible to change the link the actual link?
this can be solved by filter hook, when you keep empty text area on layout builder input field it will used default or override via filter hook.

you will need to add translatable read more text and add .po files for translations.
I haven't tried this issue before but i guess this way can solve the issue.
