Trying to get the name and title to center vertically on rollover. Right now name starts at the top of the box and looks awkward.

Also, I can't seem to get the box to link to the member pages I created. I was using the CUSTOM LINK TO THIS MEMBER to link an already created page.

You can use following CSS to made content at center-middle.

.skin.zoomout .layer-content {
  top: 50% !important;
  transform: translateY(-50%) !important;
}
