Can’t show featured image in post grid

Hello.
Today I checked my grid and changed a few settings and now there’s no featured image in the grid. I compared the settings to the grid that does have the images working and there’s no difference. I checked a few videos and all say to change the image settings in the layout settings tab which I currenty don’t have…

How can I add the featured image?
