cant download pro plugin Accordions

Good afternoon. I bought a premium version of the Accordions - Starter plugin for a year. The money was debited from my account, but when I try to download a file from the letter, the error "Invalid order. Go to shop" appears. what to do? When trying to download a plugin from a personal account, the same problem occurs/
