Breadcrumb link doesn’t work

Hi,

I just purchased Breadcrumb. I use it in combination with ThriveThemes and I have 2 issues.

1. I insert the breadcrumbs with the shortcode. I can see the breadcrumb on both the back- and front-end. Unfortunately the links of the breadcrumbs don't work.

2. In the menu on my page I have a few custom links. On a second level under the custom links I added a few pages. I would like to see the custom link labels in the breadcrumb path. Is this possible? If so, how can I do this?
