I updated Job Board Manager and plugins, and I have the following issues
1 - The page that displays the details of the offers uses a CSS definition of the body tag that is not the correct one (see screenshot).
2 - I use the "By Upload Resume" method for people to send their resumes and I find it very curious that candidates must use the WordPress Media Manager to import instead of importing directly from their computer.
Another problem, the import in the media manager does not work. I have the following message: An error occurred while uploading. Please try again later (see screenshot).

I understand the common.css issue. i should fix this and update plugin. common.css used to fix broken issue media uploader on front-end.
In latest version of job board manager i have added user role on the registration page, user role should job poster or job seeker or job manager can upload resume via apply methods.

for importing directly from their computer i could add another apply method in next version.

For the security issue, it not a good idea to give access to upload file for an unregistered user. unregistered user can put external url instead of uploading file on your site. i hope you understand the issue. i just keep this in mind, i should update application manager to give access upload file for unregistered if admin allows.

On my website, candidates do not need to register to apply.
You did not respond to the error regarding the upload of the resume.
